The Photography Program at Long Beach City College will be hosting PhotoFest10@LBCC on April 13th, 14th, 15th and 17th. 2010. This is the 3rd annual festival to be held in Long Beach, California with 3 days of free photography-related events and celebrations. The festival will bring together a wide array of accomplished photographers from Southern California and will showcase the work of renowned photographic artists and photojournalists. Our goal is to celebrate photography and it's impact on our world.

The main emphasis of the festival will be the workshops, demonstrations and seminars held over the three-day period. These events are free, open to students and the general public as well, and are suitable for all levels of expertise. The festival will feature a Photography contest that is open to all LBCC students.
